1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Antech Groups website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Antech Groups provides the following services:

Website Design & Development
Mobile App Development
Custom Software Development
SEO & Digital Marketing
Cloud & DevOps Services
IT Support & Maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Project Payments: A 50% advance payment is required before the start of any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.

Monthly Services: Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.

Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per month will be charged on overdue payments.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope, feedback turnaround time, and unforeseen circumstances. We commit to delivering projects as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Significant scope changes may require a revised quote and timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Antech Groups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
